companies. We are compensated to make placements, not to collect or send
résumés; Charter Staffing tries to be as
efficient as possible in our candidate-company matches. Approximately one in
three results in a placement. This degree of "on-target" matching is something
you will find yourself very comfortable with, as it saves you time and money
within the lengthy interview processes.
Our Focus:
As with most other executive search headhunters, Charter Staffing’s specialists
focus most of their attention on the identification and presentation of only
the most appropriate candidates for the particular searches that their client
companies ask them to fill. The most important variable in any selection

for this candidate at this stage of his or her career? And will he or she be a superior
